2015 Spring Conference: THiNK Forward: adapt to a dynamic workplace

The staffing and recruiting industry has seen extraordinary growth in the last couple of years.  A slow recovery in the economy has provided the industry with an opportunity to expand and provide flexibility for business owners using contract employees at all levels.  In addition, the labor force participation rate is currently at its lowest level since the 1970’s.    In 2003, 82% of the workforce was Baby Boomers.   In just 10 years, the number has shrunk to just 66%.  Now, 34% of the workforce is millennials. The result is a very dynamic workplace. 
Our Spring conference will provide a dialog on these issues, highlighting changes in the workforce, offering solutions on how to best communicate internally and with our customers and other helpful strategies to adapt to the future.
