As Vice President of Operations, Laura oversees the Implementation, Client Services including end user Support, Development and Training teams. Working closely with all stakeholders in the U.S. and Nepal offices, she works on strategic planning and creating and implementing processes and procedures to make daily operations efficient.  Laura is passionate about delivering on promises, being proactive and maintaining close relationships and partnerships.
